Cantor Fitzgerald and Securitize agreed to enable blockchain-based IPOs and follow-on offerings: The partnership lets public companies raise capital and issue securities on-chain within the existing regulatory framework of traditional public offerings. Tokens represent actual securities, not wrappers or synthetic exposure.
